We offer free shipping on all ControllerDock orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, high order volume, or unexpected delays.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is typically 5–12 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after your order has shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If you entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible at:

If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the address.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information first.
If tracking has not updated for several days, contact us at controllerdock.support@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.
ControllerDock is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, weather, customs, or other events outside of our control.
Packages Marked Delivered
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check around your delivery location, with neighbors, household members, building staff, or your local carrier.

International Shipping
At this time, we currently ship to the United States only unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused or lightly used
- In the same condition it was received
- In the original packaging, if possible
- Not damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or customer handling

- Photos of the item, if the product arrived damaged or defective
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
If approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Refunds
